General Shipping & Processing

Delivery in 3-5 days for most countries. Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has been placed your shipping option cannot be changed. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all orders ship from Osaka, Japan (5400026). 

Note: Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Your order should still be safely in transit. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. 

International Shipping to Asia

Delivery by EMS: delivered in 5-7 working days. \

International Shipping to America, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Middle East

Delivery by EMS: delivered in 7-10 working days.

Shipping details: 

Shipping services vary based on the destination country. International orders may encounter delays in customs. Customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are not included in the cost of shipping or handling. Customs, duties, and taxes differ significantly from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded, but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door.

Please note that orders shipped to an APO address may be delivered outside of the standard shipping window. Tracking updates may stop at the point of country exit when the package is handed off to the Military Postal Service Agency.
